Order confirmation. Your Name, address and all contact details including both email address and mobile phone number are correct and the product ordered has been checked by yourself and a staff member for accuracy and initialled to confirm your order is correct.

Cancellations & Refunds.  We cannot accept cancellations of bookings within less than 48 hours of your appointment. All appointments require a 40% deposit upon booking your appointment (all deposits are non-refundable) to secure your place and avoid losing your slot. The product you have chosen has been designed specifically to cater for your needs. Once a job has been signed off and completed, any refunds will not be availble as the job is complete and has been confirmed by you. Bookings can be re-scheduled upto the 48 hour period before you origional apoointment time and can only be pushed back by 1 week from the original appointment time slot. (If our calendar does not allow for this, we will re-schedule to a suitable time with you. All re-scheduled bookings must be confirmed by us).

Aftercare. The aftercare of your vehicle is vital. You are not encouraged to clean or touch up your car with your own products after an appointment unless consulted by us, the providing company. If this condition is breached it can and will affect your ability to book with us in the future and result in the loss of any deposit we hold, due to neglectful behaviour towards your vehicle.

Property access. This is vital for us if you require us to visit you at your home. When booking an appointment with us, that it is your sole responsibility to supply water and 1 socket of electricity as we cannot carry these items with us in our own vehicles. 

Vehicle checks. All vehicles will go under a damage inspection prior to your appointment. This is to identify any damage currently on your vehicle. This will be logged on our checklist which will be signed by yourself and a member of staff to avoid future discrepancies. 

Detailing JP reserves the right to change the price of the products at anytime. All prices are 'Starts From' and could vary due to the condition of your vehicle upon arrival or during the consultation of your appointment, if inaccurately described when booking
